As a senior software engineer my computer programs sorted and cleared your checks, assisted financing the jets you rode, controlled production of the soap you used to wash your dishes, and the powder you put on your baby. More recently my programs converted your money between currencies, helped your teachers order high school and college textbooks, and maintain your personal stock portfolios. Although our three sons are all grown up now, I still look back on the time we spent together as their Cubmaster and then Assistant Scoutmaster. I am now a member of the Brick Optimist Club and work to make life better for the children in Brick.
